Referring Doctors

The following is our COVID-19 office policy:

These policy changes have been made and implemented in light of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 pandemic to provide the safest environment possible to protect the patients, staff and families.

1) We ask that you reschedule your appointment if:

       a. You are undergoing quarantine due to:

             i. Positive test for COVID-19
             ii. Awaiting test results for COVID-19
             iii. Doctor recommended quarantine

       b. Feeling sick or experiencing sore throat, cough or fever.

       c. Travelled to a COVID-19 hot spot with in past 14 days

2) Upon arrival to the office:

    a. Masks are optional.
    b. Complete questionnaire regarding health, travel and possible prolonged exposure to person who has tested positive to              COVID-19.
    

3) a. Treatment will be deferred 14 days in following situations:

              i. COVID-19 positive
              ii. Being tested for COVID-19 (PUI)
              iii. Prolonged exposure to person who has tested positive to COVID-19
              iv. Temperature 100.4 or greater
       b. Social distancing is stressed between patients and staff members
